Jewels in Paradise, Aruba, is proud to guarantee its quality against all manufacturers defects reported within 30 days, from date of purchase and if the piece is certified by us, it will be repaired at the company’s expense. This is of course, upon inspection of the merchandise. The company’s management may also opt to offer replacement or a store credit for future purchase. Please note that 20% restocking fees will be applied. All inquiries must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Due to the extremely subjective nature of appraising, refunds will not be issued based upon outside appraisal. Refunds will not be issued due to "buyers remorse". Sale merchandise or merchandise sold at discount due to damage or imperfections are final sales.
All watches sold by Jewels in Paradise are covered by manufacturers international warranties and are not returnable. In the event of service needs, please refer to the manufacturers authorized service center. If you are unable to contact them, you may contact us.
Gift cards are not returnable. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
SHIPPING YOUR ITEM(S) BACK
If management has approved your return, Jewels in Paradise will direct you to where you have to ship your item. Usually you will have to mail your item to our US Service Center located in New York.
